2013 – Present Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai New York, NY

Project Manager/Special Projects Producer (2019 – present)

Oversee and manage budget of $600K+, responsible for expending project plans to facilitate collaboration between leading scientific healthcare researchers and the Lyme disease community

• Conceptualized and produced Mount Sinai’s LymeMIND Virtual Conference in partnership with the Alexander and Steven Cohen Lyme Initiative, which included 60 speakers and virtual audience of 23,000+

• Planned and executed launch event for the Hasso Plattner Institute-Mount Sinai of Digital Health which included devising the program for the day’s event; signing ceremony, liaison with PR and press, VIP presentations, tour of digital health Lab100 and breakout sessions.

• Responsible for event logistics, venue selection, vendor negotiation, and external marketing and collaborating with cross functional team of PR, web design, and event coordinators

• Designed LymeMIND interactive microsite and LymeMIND Virtual Conference 2020 program brochure. Planned and coordinated the LymeMIND Story Booth to record patient’s, doctor’s, and researcher’s personal stories with Lyme disease
