Eliza Rubino ------------) & Laronya Lee ------------) – These are the managers who did my introductory training and guided me through this opportunity. Since I successfully learned my role, I started to work with other staff members on projects that they are working on. I was given even further access into the accounting system and am starting to work on my own asking a question, if needed. Mostly, I dealt with payables, receivables, and data entry.
“Donald was an absolute pleasure to work with. He has a fantastic attitude and a strong work ethic. He brought a lot of positivity to the team and the work environment. Donald did really well with the tasks and responsibilities he was assigned. He reviewed the work and was not afraid to ask questions or to check in to confirm he was on the right track with a project. He kept good notes to refer back to for his training. Donald communicated his progress with his supervisors, letting us know as soon as he had additional time available to ensure he utilized his time efficiently to assist the department. Donald will be an asset to any agency or company that hires him.” – Eliza Rubino (Manager, Accounting Department of Executive Offices of Human Services, Boston)
