Responsibilities- As a direct care worker with Ohana I was a 1:1 staff in a home for teenage females with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities included ensuring safety of members, cleaning the home, cooking meals, providing entertainment, home schooling, teaching basic life skills, and being a trusted adult.
