I am perspicacious, curious and organized, able to work in a team. I love writing about food, looking for new ideas, tell stories about food. As a nutrition student, I can write reliable and precise nutritional facts, food history, recipes with calorie calculation.

Even as a Restaurant Co-manager, I made sure to dedicate some part of my day to practicing culinary art, preparing dietetic and balanced dishes.
