Responsible for completing all documents (i.e., HUD, Truth-In-Landing, Escrow, Agreement for Deed, etc.,) required for transfer of real estate and mortgage processing. Maintained contact with underwriters, owners, buyers, and legal to assure timely and accurate closings. All folders maintained in Encompass software.
