Obtain missing information. Prepare files and provide support to internal and external customers. Reviewed Title Insurance.

May 10, 2011 - September 25, 2014 National Assets Mortgage, Irmo, SC Position: Mortgage Processor Lead, Lead Processor (in a department of 3) overseeing all real estate closings. Responsible for completing all documents (i.e., HUD, Truth-In-Landing, Escrow, Agreement for Deed, etc.,) required for transfer of real estate and mortgage processing. Maintained contact with underwriters, owners, buyers, and legal to assure timely and accurate closings. All folders maintained in Encompass software. Responsible for training new associates on use of Encompass software as well as the proper preparing of all documents. Verify property documentation for accuracy and completeness, examine titles for encumbrances and how it may effect property usage, summarize status of all property documents as well as requirements to clear title, confer with participating parties for information exchange and resolution of problems.
