Allison needed very little training on all the work that she was given. Anytime there was additional work to do Allison was always the first person to take on the challenge. Allison picked up all the new work and started training the rest of my staff. Allison needed very little supervision and took her work very seriously and even offered to bring her work on vacation. Allison was the go to person on all aspects of my business. Allison was excellent on the phones dealing with Fortune 500 customers. Besides making phone calls, Allison was involved with accounting and several different projects that was difficult and time consuming, but Allison was able to complete all those assignments with very little notice. Allison was well liked by my staff and clients. In my 40 years running different companies Allison was the fastest learner and hardest working employee that has ever worked for me.
