Work on numerous residential and commercial projects that require floor plans, elevations, site plans, and interior/exterior renderings. Meet with the owners to select materials, fixtures, furniture, and other products that they would like best in their space and still within their budget. Create architectural plans and civils plans to later be reviewed by the city for approval.
Project Management/ Estimator, Innovative Surface Works; Livonia, MI-2017-February 2018 Created multiple CAD drawings for large-scale, high-volume, commercial and specialty architectural surfaces. Provided detailed estimates and quotes per architectural specification a long with project managing various commercial projects in healthcare, education, corporate, hospitality, food service and OEM markets.
Interior Design Internship, Motif Interiors; Brighton, MI-2016-February 2017:
Created floor plans for the designer’s clients, ordered memo samples, organized their showroom, discontinued fabrics, called vendors to find out pricing for specific item. Went with the designers to their client’s homes and helped install furniture and measure interior spaces.
