Involvement in School Activities
· Involved in the school band for three years and then Wylie High School Colorguard/Winterguard for two. In these organizations, responsibility and accountability was a must. Perseverance and determination were needed often when on the field or practicing in bad weather or when tired. Never let personal matters get in the way of contributing to my team and peers.

Software
· Very familiar with all forms of Microsoft Office and certain databases that were required at Health South Richardson. Able to type at 73 WPM (364 CPM). Extremely technologically oriented and able to learn quickly on all technological devices.
Volunteer Work
· Completed a nine-month Internship at my church from August 2017-May 2018. In this program, I volunteered at nursing homes, elementary schools, food banks, church events, the LA and Tulsa Dream Centers, homeless and children’s ministries, etc.

Infant Teacher, The Learning Experience- Murphy
Responsible for diaper changing, feeding, following curriculum, arts and crafts with children, encouraging growth, cultivating literacy, motor skills, and sensory skills, and providing a safe and loving environment where parents feel comfortable leaving their children.


Server, Villa Vinci
Responsible for waiting tables, taking payments, being the bartender, seating customers, getting their food out quickly and getting their orders right. Also folding silverware, always working, making salads, and answering calls for delivery or to-go orders.


Barista, Criswell Coffee Shop
Responsible for opening/closing, counting the till, making and serving coffee/tea, cleaning common areas, manning the cash register, catering events at the college, and maintaining a constant attitude of hospitality and kindness towards customers and professors.

Medical Receptionist, Children’s Choice Pediatrics
· Responsible for patient check-in/check-out, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, answering e-mails, verifying insurance, requesting patient medication refills, assisting with new patient paperwork, filing shot records, and opening and closing. This required good communication skills and organization. Stress management and multi-tasking were vital components of this position.
Medical Receptionist/Admissions, Health South Richardson
· In charge of admitting, discharging, and transferring patients, as well as getting consent forms signed and assisting in getting each patient as comfortable as possible. Answered phone calls and cooperated with liaisons, social workers, nurses, and physical therapists. Contributed briefly with crediting accounts and verifying Medicare days. Again, a very social job and was human resource oriented. Favorite task was interacting with patients and their family members while getting paperwork signed.

· In charge of organizing parties for young girls and diffusing parents’ worry. Required lots of kindness, patience, and organization skills. Very social job and improved skills in both retail and human resources. Was very fond of everybody encountered and never let personal matters effect the work place.
