? Triage and troubleshoot walk-in support requests including hardware, software, device and inexperienced user issues. Track walk-ins, calls, emails and web tickets through LANDesk as a member of a small team supporting more than 100 faculty members and classroom users at five locations.
? Ensure the security of sensitive information through encryption software, DDPE and Bitlocker. Make sure all faculty, staff and students adhere to the security measures set by the University
? Deploy new equipment and re-purpose used technology, wipe hard drives, and install operating software including Windows and iOS.
