Managed all aspects of this film production project, including handling the scheduling and workflow, coaching/communication with actors about the performance and shooting preparation; synchronizing the footage and audio files; categorizing the footages into different folders; in addition to editing, improving video quality, and completing the project.

Spearheaded and led all facets of this project from inception to completion. Managed the project's success by establishing and enforcing workflow/scheduling. Obtained permissions for shooting locations and prepared actors for shooting the film. Successfully synchronized footages and audio files; categorized footages in folders; edited the video and fine-tuned the video quality; and ensured a successful project completion.
