Lead overall design direction for the company's largest revenue grossing private label accounts (i.e. Kohl�s, Target and JCPenney) coordinating and facilitating the designers across all categories of business including printed and woven scarves, cold weather knit accessories, third layer apparel pieces, hats, hanging footwear (slippers/flip flops) and soft non-leather bags to produce a cohesive line on a quarterly design calendar. Worked integrally with sales to convey our design vision and direction to our customer with a key focus on upper levels of management.

Coordination and communication with the production, sales, and planning teams on product development, pricing guidelines, sku counts, and time schedule based on customer�s requirements. Conduct analysis of customer history, research current market trends and competitors, and review customer feedback to develop seasonal designs for customers� collection placed in stores. Oversee product developers and administrators team on all execution of designs and disseminate information to sales account manager. Confirmed all style information entered in the Vertex system is accurate based on continually communication with vendors prior to market. Reviewed all production samples and resolved production issues to meet deadlines as well as coordinated and send all PP and TOP approval emails to vendors.

Produced cost product by generating FOB and landed formulas to maintain IMU.
