Server. This was my first serving position but I picked it up very quickly. I am responsible for opening, closing, training new employees, and typical wait staff duties such as restocking, taking, entering, and running orders, and providing an excellent customer experience.

Front Desk. I am responsible for opening the studio, checking clients in, cleaning and closing the studio. This job requires perky & outgoing social skills, as well as attention to detail with cleaning, as the owner likes the studio to be spotless. Requires great responsibility as morning shifts start as early as 5 AM. I work alone during shifts and maintain records of classes for the day, help customers register for classes, and respond to phone calls and voicemails.

I was responsible for maintaining the expo line, running the cash register, keeping the dining room clean, and making sure everyone is where they should be. I opened and closed the restaurant alone often, and worked long, late hours (5 AM) with no issue. Full menu memorized.

Decorator and Cashier. I took orders for both pick-up and delivery, decorated cakes, priced & sold retail, as well as daily customer service in-store and on the phone. Worked early hours and long 12-hour shifts. Retail, decorations and cakes fully memorized.
