Pro Shop and Customer Service
As a customer service representative and pro shop employee, I greet and welcome golfers and customers, make tee times, conduct point of service retail transactions, and am responsible for all golf carts. I also close the pro shop at the end of the work day, count the day’s proceeds, ready the bank deposit, and securely lock the pro shop, maintenance facility, and golf cart garage. I have received consistently excellent feedback and enjoy the customer service position I have been entrusted with.
• In the summer of 2018, I asked and was given approval to start a social media presence for the Nile Shrine Golf Course. I created a social media plan and worked with leadership to create Twitter and Facebook accounts.
