Under Dr. Condrasky and Shannon Monnier, I would help create recipes for children in the Greenville Elementary Schools who participate in the Farm to Belly program. This programs help make the connection of growing foods on a farm setting at a granted local farm to preparing meals. Each school has a market in which they are given recipes (that I would help create) and they pick out enough ingredients to prepare at home.
