Answer phones to take customer and/or florist orders, dispatching/routing orders to florists nationwide, customer service on existing orders. FTD.COM – Senior Customer Service Representative. May 2012 – September 2013. Work included inbound sales and customer service via telephone and email, mentoring other representatives, and resolving tough customer service issues. Duties also included reviewing orders for fraud, accepting/disputing chargebacks from the bank, and reviewing/collecting information sent to banks and/or law enforcement.

MediaFX Studios - Engineering Director, partner, May 1997 – July 2000. Managed & produced multimedia and software engineering projects on a contract basis for a variety of clients.

Trilobyte - 2nd Senior Software Engineer, Jan. 1996 – May 1997. Primary accomplishments included assisting the Senior Engineer in porting the company’s DOS based playback engine for their entertainment titles to the Windows 95 and NT platforms using Microsoft’s DirectX and Miles Sound Design libraries. The software was first distributed in Trilobyte’s fall 1996 release of Clandestiny. About five months after my hiring, I was tapped to lead engineering of Tender Loving Care, an interactive movie title that produced a different movie version depending on the viewer’s disposition. While the logical control of the title and its intelligence were designed and engineered by myself, I often worked closely with the creative team, film production crew, art department, and additional engineers in a team oriented environment to successfully deliver the desired results to the computer screen. After a split in the company’s leadership, I later contracted with the CEO’s new company Aftermath Media, to bring Tender Loving Care to DVDROM and then provided engineering support for the title’s authoring on DVD-Video.
