I am excited to begin my career as a legal assistant. As a current student at Blinn College, I am beginning to contemplate the next steps in my career. The legal assistant position at your firm offers excellent opportunities for me to develop personal and career goals. My background is conclusive to the legal assistant position. Additionally, I have earned a certificate in Global Injustice through Thrive Rescue, a non-profit organization that rescues underaged victims of sex trafficking in Thailand. Furthermore, through my internship at the Brazos County District Attorney’s office, I have completed the online training and received certificates in CJIS Security Awareness and TCIC Criminal Justice. My skills include being proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point. During my schooling, we reviewed information on both Lexus and West law. I have very high organizational skills and through years of customer service in non-profits I have adapted to working through harsh situations. Although I will be a new graduate, I believe my past work experience and willingness to learn would make me a great asset to your company.
