WORK EXPERIENCE
Move Coordinator, IMF Account, Hilldrup Moving and Storage
(2018- Present)
I became a part of the IMF team here at Hilldrup in early 2018. My duties on the
team focus heavily on logistics and rates. I work directly with our NVOCC’s to schedule
shipment sailings/departures, as well as trucking schedules with our local trucking
companies. Additionally, I am solely responsible for obtaining rates from our
international partners and composing quotes to provide to the account and to our
customers. My job requires me to utilize my best customer service experience skills to
ensure the move goes off without a hitch for our high status VIP clients.
International & Domestic OA/DA Move Coordinator, Hilldrup Moving and Storage
(2017-2018)
After a year with Hilldrup I became a move coordinator myself due to my
outstanding customer service skills and my ability to stay organized and calm under
strenuous circumstances. I am in charge of coordinating with local branch dispatchers in
scheduling the moving services for customer around the world.

I started at Hilldrup as an Admin Assistant to the OADA and Import Export Desk
in the International Department where my duties included (but were not limited to) taking
phone calls and messages for the lead coordinators, filing and mailing billing statements
and checks, organizing daily and weekly schedules for coordinators, as well as meeting
a daily deadline for a lengthy task list of my own

As head of dispatch my duties revolved around organizing and ensuring
timely scheduling of deliveries from dozens of corporate accounts
between the main distribution center and the clients. I successfully created
a system that allowed contracted drivers to communicate with the
warehouse and clients while on the road. As dispatcher I was the main
point of contact for all outside accounts.

At B101.5 I voicetracked nights and weekends 3-5 times a week. Whilel
pre-written script was available, I was also asked to write pieces of my own, mainly
promoting events and promotions for the radio station. My experiences with recording
my own show with Columbia School of Broadcasting and board operating for the radio
station helped provide me with the knowledge I needed to successfully do my job as
part time personality for WBQB.

As a facility manager and lifeguard for eight years, my primary duty has been to
