Working with lawyers on a variety of cases, and helping them with administration work. Utilizing my time in learning about the law and became certified as an advocate by taking online classes. I have worked on projects and spread sheets to help YWCA lawyers to have an organized way of communicating with other legal organizations. I have prioritized my time in learning more about cases, by doing case studies and writing up reports every week. Calling multiple organizations with YWCA legal services to help expand YWCA legal services for potential clients. As an entry level, admin assistance for the Municipal Court of Seattle my main responsibility is to use and operate all aspects of the operational duties to achieve the management of office. Serve as backup to receptionist staff, greeting and directing visitors and answering phones in a friendly and helpful manner. Assist customers in faxing, scanning and accessing the necessary services. General administrative support including preparing and distributing staff mail, filing, maintaining general upkeep of storage/supply rooms. Assist with archiving and sending information to the Records Center, in an organized manner, strictly following the King County Records Retention Policy.
