Hello,
I graduated from a dental assisting school and am quite familiar with the dental office. I am great with patients and doctors and I get along well with co-workers.
I currently live in southern California and my husband and I are relocating to the Habersham area.
For the past 16 years I have been working at Orange Lutheran High School in the food service area. I have held the positions of assistant manager, supervisor and currently am the manager of the cafeteria. My job duties are the following:
-Provide daily food service program serving student body and faculty of over 1,300
-Provide healthy, gluten free, vegan, low sugar, and low calorie options
-Supervise catering productions of monthly banquets and special events as many as 400 guests
-Create unique menu plan and product mix that provides relevant choices for customers
-Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of all food, supplies and equipment
-Maintain accurate inventory control of food and supplies
-Develop procedures for properly receiving, storing and distributing food and supplies ensuring food
safety
-Develop operational policies and procedures for kitchen, cafeteria and coffee bar
-Hire, train, manage, supervise and develop staff of 12- Conduct performance reviews
-Coordinate with finance department to maintain accurate accounting procedures
-Analyze program needs to develop program goals and strategic plan
-Administer sanitation and safety procedures to meet health regulations and OSHA regulations
