- Abide by all food quality standards set by the company
- Demonstrate understanding of safe food handling procedures
- Prepare food to order quickly and effectively
- Utilize and express expert knowledge of the menu
- Communicate efficiently with all team members, treat others fairly and with respect.
- Operate all kitchen appliances and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a positive work environment

-Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift

-Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen area to maintain a clean and neat work station

-Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.

-Hold guests as the highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience.

-Resolve problems with a sense of urgency.

-Previous experience is a plus but not required

Boondocks candidates will need to work shifts according to a schedule that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
