I was the lead teacher for the 2-2.5 year olds in an early learning center in New York. We used Frog Street and Goddard specific criteria as the basis for our teaching. As a lead teacher, I created lesson plans, met with parents for our semi-annual parent/teacher conferences, developed individual plans for children with particular needs, maintained individual child portfolios as a means of documenting development, individual student evaluations per New York licensing standards, as well as Goddard Quality Assurance Standards.

We listened to music and went on walks and went outside to watch the big kids play their sports and games and have recess.
