o Being a Student Leadership Assistant (“SLA”) is a unique and prestigious position. As an SLA, I was charged with facilitating workshops for other students for the Introductory Leadership Certificate. Along with my colleague, we facilitated 5 workshops where we focused on different components of the Social Change Model. This position required presentation skills, leadership skills, time management and teaching.
