• Contributed to research and writing to the Medical Nutrition Therapy Handbook. I am specifically contributing to the Diabetes (under direction of M. Sadeghi) and Pediatrics (under direction of A. Thompson) sections of this handbook. Overall review of project is by Dr. Jahan-Mihan and research began on 01/08/2016.
• Assisted in in conducting exercise research at the University of North Florida. This research began on 02/01/2016 and is under the direction of Dr. Jahan-Mihan
• Shadowed a Dietitian at Fresenius Medical Care Dialysis Clinic (K. Trednick)
• Conducted research and wrote for Dietitian’s blog and personal research (for J. Braddock)
• Conducted a fruit and vegetable focused tour at Earth Fare grocery store
• Volunteered for: BEAM Jax Beach; Dream Big Horse Club and Rescue; Sulzbacher Center; and, I volunteer each Thanksgiving for Love Orlando to serve brunch to less fortunate families.
