Helping customers pick and choose items on the company’s website; Creating and processing online retail orders, handling all refunds/returns, and appeasements. Also handling escalated calls and taking 50-70 calls per shift.
2012-2013, Front Desk Agent; Kensington Court Hotel, 3500 S State St, Ann Arbor, MI 48108
Duties: Checking in / out all hotel guests, completing a daily checklist for each shift, handling all incoming and outgoing packages and phone calls, in-person and over the phone reservations, sales, delivering guest amenities, communicating with different departments via radio. I was also in the process of being trained at the hotel's sister property which entailed the same duties plus learning about their VIP and different membership packages.

Duties: Insurance verification, qualifying patients for medical equipment following Medicare’s guidelines and restrictions along with other medical insurances, chasing required documentation from patient’s medical referral physician via fax and phone calls, keeping in contact with the patient to discuss the status of their order and to collect co-insurance if needed, processing orders for medical equipment, taking online payments, working in a call center environment. QA Duties: Checking over orders for the entire Medicare team and making sure they all follow Medicare’s guidelines.
2009, Party City, Cashier 520 Mark Street, Henderson, NV PH:------------
Duties: Salesfloor, restocking shelves, isle clean up, customer service. During Halloween, (busiest time for them) Duties also included supervising the dressing room. I was then promoted to cashier and was chosen to work permanently instead of just seasonal. Cashier duties included cash handling, drawer counting at the end of every shift, making and filling balloon orders, go backs during downtime, and cleaning up the store during closing shift.
