Senior Manager, Customer Service

Responsible for building out Customer Service operational business processes in the IFS ERP system including writing SOP�s/DOP�s. Provided sales support reporting function to executive management. Provided weekly input to manufacturing operations on field inventory levels. Coordinated with Mgr. IT Business Appllications in developing and implementing a custom CRM Dynamics system for patient and device tracking. Included: writing software requirement spec, work breakdown structure, trace matrix, validation and testing protocols, and executing validation testing.

Restructured revenue and patient registration forms submitted by the field resulting in reduction of time and effort. The new form ultimately removed other registration forms from product kits resulting in manufacturing cost savings.

Through cooperation and logistics, managed field inventory resulting in 97% inventory accuracy including insuring 52 RNS devices didn�t expire. Resulted in $1.3 million savings.

Collaborated with the Salesforce project team to transition device tracking/case registrations from CRM Dynamics system.

Collaborated with the Sr. Director Clinical Engineering and other Field Clinical Engineers building out remote monitor and wand troubleshooting solutions in Salesforce.
