WOS is a non-profit set to promote and support female-identified talent in the entertainment industry. I have been involved in the establishment of the organization since its inception, dealing with legal, incorporating, PR and curriculum development for the Script Incubator Program. Responsibilities also include extensive script reading, providing detailed notes on scripts submitted, participating in group discussions on script selection, and final decisions on scripts for the Incubator.
