Career Mission
A pro-active and diligent creative assistant looking to further develop a career with an emphasis on communications and exhibition management. Following on from my bachelor’s degree in Photography I’ve undertaken a variety of roles that has seen me develop into an adaptable personality with excellent organization and collaborative skills. I am keen to fill a position which can utilize my spectrum of abilities in partnership with my knowledge and passion of the visual arts and gallery spaces.

Art Productions NYC, NYC, August 2018- Present
Curatorial Assistant
• Producing consignment sheets, press releases, exhibition inventory list and updating the database with all artist and artwork information
• Working closely with the Curatorial Project Manager to deliver all aspects of the exhibition within the timeframe.
• Overseeing the shipping and handling process and making sure the artworks during opening hours
• Assisting with exhibition installation and de installation
Autograph ABP Gallery, London February 2018- Present
Gallery/Visitor Assistant
• Greeting and welcoming visitors into the gallery and answering any general questions
• Invigilating the gallery spaces; making sure the artworks are protected in line with the gallery regulations and photography guidelines are respected
• Engaging gallery visitors with the collection, encouraging feedback and conversation and providing customer surveys to continuously improve the facilities and gallery programme

Studio Assistant
• Making sure the studio is fully equipped, clean and tidy for high end clients to begin their photoshoots
• Looking after all client needs such as setting up/clearing away catering, coffees, and tending to any request they may have in a responsible and friendly manner
• Moving equipment, props, sets around the building, painting the coves and general house-keeping to keep a large studio complex in excellent condition

• Managing the workflow and time of the creative team according to current client jobs
