Director of Youth Program at Vision for a New Civilization New York, NY August 2018-Present
Directing the foundation�s first youth peace program by engaging college and university students in international peace dialogues at peace summits around the world.
Recently developed a business case and designed a website to present to donors interested in funding a conference on peace on the Korean Peninsula planned for May 2019, sponsored by UN Development Programme, UNICEF, United Nations Office on Genocide Prevention, and other organizations advocating for international peace.
Designing a comprehensive database of existing youth peace programs and other global peace campaigns in order to create and maintain a network of peace advocates and professionals.

Post-Graduate Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Researcher Japan June 2018
Conducted research on social innovation projects in Tokyo, Japan under Dr. Denise Crossan in order to foster cultural exchange between Japanese and American student social entrepreneurs through campus summits, email, social media. Resulted in a co-written proposal presented to Swarthmore�s Lang Center for Civic and Social Engagement.
Worked directly with social innovators in Fukushima, Japan that were affected by the March 2011 earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear disaster. Documented post-conflict industry revitalization and social ventures in the newly rebuilt area.
Co-designed a concept of higher education on the island Osaki-kamijima in the Seto Inland Sea after nine immersion days being trained on the principals of Human-Centered Design, innovation, facilitation, and project design. Presented findings to the mayor and townspeople of Osaki-kamijima.

President�s Sustainability Research Fellowship Swarthmore, PA August 2017-May 2018
Designed and implemented a 4-panel solar array for Swarthmore�s Department of Athletics to offset some of the impacts of the department�s nonrenewable energy production.
Conducted research for a 3-year Strategic Sustainability Plan for Swarthmore�s Department of Athletics by collecting energy and water data, auditing current infrastructure and facility capabilities, and conducting department interviews. Submitted final plan to the Director of Athletics at Swarthmore College.
Presented Final Strategic Sustainability Plan and solar array project to Swarthmore�s Board of Managers, Swarthmore�s President�s Office, Swarthmore�s Engineering Department and Swarthmore�s Office of Sustainability to inspire interest and secure funding for the �greening� of Swarthmore�s campus facilities.
Undergraduate Researcher Cape Town, South Africa January 2017-July 2017
Analyzed and modeled historical water data gathered by the City Of Cape Town using regression analysis.
Developed a comprehensive literature review on drought management theory.
Submitted final research paper for use by the City of Cape Town in order to better understand the effects of Cape Town�s two most recent droughts (2004-5, 2015-17). Presented findings to the Environmental and Geographical Sciences Department at the University of Cape Town.

Served as a residential advisor and counselor for a total of 38 student residents. Provided conflict resolution and educational programming for residents and was trained in crisis intervention to ensure the dorm remained safe and secure.
