About Me-
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English, English is my first language ),
7-8 years of customer service/customer interaction
Currently a part time student at HCC, going to school to be in the medical field ,but I’m open to also working in any environment where I can move up .
I’m a high energy person, looking for a job that i can make a career out of after some time, I’m highly motivated when I decide to put my mind to whatever I’m doing , I leave my personal life outside of the workplace .
I’ve worked customer service since I was 15, all of my jobs since then have been customer service oriented, I strive to give quality service, I’ve also learned to adapt into different environments from gym to office.
I’m a quick learner, very active and on my feet at all times, I’m familiar with most but not all Microsoft applications and photoshop as well.
I am a note taker, to limit my amount of questions I’ll write everything that’s been given to me to make sure I have backup notes to refer to when working on my own
Customer oriented, I love the interaction with customers of different backgrounds , I make their visit feel like it’s more than business and hope to make them feel like we don’t just want their money at the end of the day
I’m a strong candidate for any job because of my ability to adapt to whatever environment I am in, I’m always keeping busy by doing little things. Office setting isn’t a problem for me, I do enjoy the customer service part of any job I do, speaking in front of big groups is not a problem for me either. I’m willing to learn and study for any job that I get into, I’m driven to be the best me at any job I take.

Sales counselor, did the walk around with prospects explaining the good that boxing does for the body and mind, closing on sales that range from $59 -$300 as well as upselling on boxing gloves and other accessories

Working front desk, if no sale counselor is available then i show them around the gym and show them the use of every machine. Greeting new customers and current members with a smile and cheerful attitude, making sure im calling members who need membership renewals and owe money for the month. I’ve been recognized by many members and managers for my above and beyond customer service and as well as my team attitude.
