Financial Management-

Form comprehensive performance evaluation process for staff. Recruitment, hiring, promotion and termination of all personnel using appropriate procedures.
Administrative Operations-
Oversee the implement of the strategic plan. Assess needs and determine staffing for administrative positions, such as administrative support, HR, IT, facilities, finances Reception and Agents. Draft, with input from the CEO, operational policies; review existing policies and recommend changes as appropriate.Management of information technology, equipment, and telephone system. Hire, supervise, and evaluate Agents to ensure compliance with job descriptions and program priorities as set by the State of Arizona.
