Took over Router Release department as the head of the department for the better part of two years. Communicated with other departments about issues with the orders on the factory floor and also relaying instructions from the Customer to the factory floor. Released hundreds verified orders from the router and flagged and cancelled order that did not meet the verification process. Created reports in Excel for various groups relating to large orders, aging orders, and per-validated orders at the end of the day. Created new processes and tutorials for future members of Help Desk and Router Release.
Part Time Seasonal Associate – Amazon – Nov 2016 – January 2017
Scanned hundreds of packages a day with a focus on efficiency and safety. Sorted small packages in containers and moved them out onto the factory floor. Adapting to changing processes and multiple jobs each shift to deal with the holidays. Worked overtime frequently and signed up for additional hours during the holiday rush.
