-Spearheaded an initiative to strengthen the connection between Customer Service and the Treasure Truck team. Overall creating a streamline process of communication for changes and updates in a timely manner therefore limiting defeats and delays on event executions.
-Currently working with Global Specialty Fulfillment, the business line that houses Amazon Prime Now, and Amazon Treasure Truck, project intake team to implement Pulse, an internal process improvement escalation pathway. -Executed and organized community donations events with local elementary schools. With an excess of inventory and a general need for donations to the local school district I successfully formed relationships with the city, school board and legal teams to allow continually donations into 8 local elementary schools.
