Seasonal Head Tennis Professional

Chantilly International Tennis (CIT) is a tennis management company located in Northern Virginia. For the last 35 years it has provided seasonal tennis services to hotels, apartments, subdivisions, hotels and youth associations.
For the 2022 outdoor season, CIT is looking for tennis professionals to provide tennis instruction and team coaching at several locations contracted by Chantilly International Tennis. Pro will work directly with the president of CIT, who has over 40 years teaching experience, and is a 35 year USPTA certified professional.
Start and End Date: Approximate dates, May 16-August 19. These dates may be modified to meet successful candidate�s schedule.
Compensation: Paid on commission basis. Pro will receive 55% of gross tennis revenues received. Estimated teaching hours 25-30 hrs. per week. Estimated compensation $700-900/week. Pro will work as an independent contractor and will be responsible for their own taxes. Last year�s Head Pro made $9000 for the Summer.
Transportation: Pro will need their own car. Job will require traveling to several locations each day.
Equipment: CIT will provide tennis balls, baskets, and teaching aids.
Promotion and Marketing: CIT will organize programs and market them via the CIT website where customers can register for programs online. Pro will be expected to share marketing responsibilities with phone calls, emails, and onsite promotion once they arrive on the job.
