Production Associate
Embroidery Production - No nights and weekends and climate controlled environment.
Charleston Cotton Exchange is seeking a detail oriented individual to work alongside our Embroidery Production team. Sewing, textile or graphic design experience is helpful. The position does require you to be able to stand for 7-8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds.

Day to day duties - training provided:
Reading work orders to determine garment style, color and size. Follows production details for embroidery location and design
Helping operate embroidery machines with multiple sewing heads
Successfully choosing correct hoop size based on design size
Choosing proper backing size and type based on fabric
Trimming garments of backing and debris, fold and package orders for customer pickup
Follows quality control standards and manages time wisely
Using sight and sound to notice machine malfunctions and abnormalities in the sewing process

Hours are Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm, no nights, weekends or holidays!
