Youth Sports Instructor
i9 Sports - San Diego East is looking for motivated, fun and kid centered coaches that are knowledgeable in keeping kids engaged, motivated and having fun on the field with us every weekend. Our Youth Sports Programs offers basic skills, drills, and game play as the children develop their skills one week at a time. Our Coaches are expected to run a field of 15-20 players (along with another coach(es)) during the practice and game session.
Sports Programs We Offer:
Soccer - Boys & Girls ages 3-14
Flag Football - Boys & Girls ages 4-14
T-Ball - Boys & Girls ages 3-5
Basketball - Boys & Girls ages 7-12
Volleyball - Boys & Girls ages 7-12
Responsibilities:
Organize assigned field with cones, set up drills, balls, and all equipment needed.
Conduct warm ups, drills, assist team coaches as needed
Ensure all kids are engaged during practice and kids are being rotated in during games
Referee games once practice time is over
Ensure games are played within the i9 Sports Rulebook and Safely
Be fun, loud, smile, laugh, and keep parents and all kids engaged and happy when they step on the field with us every weekend!
Part time fun with plenty of opportunity to add more hours for market during the week!
