Worship Leader
LGBTQ affirming, anti racist, justice driven Christian community striving to embody God's renewed future in Saint Paul MN. Seeking musician to lead congregational worship. Contemporary style and laid back environment. Currently meeting remotely and broadcasting live services from a professional TV studio.
Time and Rate of Pay: Approximately 5 hours per week/$125 per week/Paid bi-weekly
Job Description:
? Approximately 2 hours of prep and 3 hours on Sunday, with occasional meeting and coordination with the lead pastor.
? Coordinate with the Lead Pastor to plan meaningful weekly worship services as part of a weekly rotation of musicians
Qualifications:
? Musicianship: Able to lead music in a solo capacity with voice and instrument.
? Leadership Skills: Finds joy in leading through service. Cares about the Last City mission, vision and values. Compelled to lean into our congregational identity.
? Strong Communicator: Clear, consistent, timely communication necessary to accomplish ministry objectives. Proficient in necessary practical, social, and organizational skills.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
