Front-of-House Team Roles & Responsibilities
Support and serve as the Face of the Oakland ROOTS SC.
Positions will include as options:
Ticket-Taker,
Greeter,
Usher, and
Merchandise Support.
Help a presentable environment for all guests.
Provide all guests with OAK mentality � Outstanding, Accepting, and Kindness.
Work as a team as a Guest Service Representative for Crowd Management and guest support.
Front-of-House Team Responsibilities
TICKET TAKERS
Ticket Takers will be fan-facing interactions with all guests.
Ticket Takers will be responsible for scanning all screened guests� tickets before allowing entry into the stadium.
Ticket Taker will mitigate guest experience of non-scannable tickets through directing guests to the ticket resolution help desk.
GREETERS
Individual will be responsible to be support staff to help guests with directions, help answer questions, and provide as a Oakland ROOTS SC representative.
Greeters will provide a �how may I help you� insight and take initiative to help our guest feel comfortable and at home.
Help provide the most optimal experience to our guests.
USHERS
Individuals will be place within the stadium bowl as ticket verification representative for proper seating section per guest.
Help maintain the Oakland ROOTS SC Code of Conduct for guest seating section safety.
Individuals will work with the Security Team to support incident management communication and protocols.
Requirements for all Matchday Positions
18+ over with the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Experience working in an event environment.
Previous experience working with other sport venues/teams.
Retail Experience is a plus.
Works well in customer service � fan facing interactions.
Ability to quickly calculate basic math for any cash transactions.
