Retail / Customer Service Positions-

Helping Customers find just the right gift for their loved ones
Developing and maintaining customer relationships

Ensuring that all customers leave happy

Cleaning and organizing store
Receiving and checking merchandise
Gift wrapping

The Assistant Toy Store Manager will perform many of the same duties as other team members, and may include:

Opening and closing the store
Staff scheduling
Handling returns
Shipping
Event calendar planning
Social media
Store organization and layout
