Our St. Paul-Grand Avenue school is seeking a caring, compassionate infant teacher who has experience caring for babies ages 6 weeks to 16 months. Infant teachers at our school develop strong bonds with infants and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe, comforting and loving classroom environment
• Interact with infants and families to develop bonds and create trust
• Communicate professionally with families regarding their child’s daily activity as well as growth and development
• Develop curriculum based on each child’s individual abilities and needs
• Create an enhanced learning environment
• Meet the daily physical needs of the children through diapering, feeding and interactions
Skills and Qualifications:
• A CDA, college degree (associates, bachelors, or masters) or a minimum of 16 semester credits towards an Early Childhood Education or an ECE related field: College credits are required
• Experience working with young children in a professional, licensed supervised setting
• Must pass the Applicant Background Study required by the Department of Human Services.
• Documentation of U.S. Citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
