Looking for a Shiatsu or Acupressure or Tui Na or Thai Massage Therapist in Herndon Va. You should have the basics of Asian massage down in either Tui Na, Shiatsu or Thai Massage.
We do NOT expect you to be a master of these arts but a working knowledge would be great. We can provide further training here in both Tui Na and Shiatsu to treat chronic conditions. We're not a school but the owner has spent over 2 decades learning all facets of asian massage. Of course, we do not have the time to train you in all aspects but we'll make your technique better with more precision. If you have in-depth knowledge all the better!! We would love you to be onboard.
Catch a Fish Wellness is a beautiful holistic clinic located in Herndon, VA. We offer the best in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Massage), Western Nutrition, and Asian and Western Massage Treatments.
Pay Rate:
Pay is $75-100 per patient. (Depending on experience we can arrange a retainer fee for the hours if no patients are booked you would still be compensated for your time @ $30-100 per hour depending on your experience. If we need to provide a lot of training it would be close to $30 if you're experienced it would be closer to the patient fee of $75-100). If you have no experience we can discuss on how to get you up to speed.
We are NOT a treatment mill here. We strive to offer the best holistic treatments at our wellness clinic. We treat mostly chronic conditions. You will not have many fluff patients who are looking for simple massage.

Maintain service room to standards.

Position Requirements:
Virginia Massage Therapy License required.
Fairfax County Massage License required (MUST HAVE THIS)
Basic knowledge of Asian Bodywork (Tui Na, Shiatsu,Thai massage).
Excellent people skills.
Dedicated professional that is motivated and has a great positive attitude.
Part time work leading to something more.
Fluent english
Experience:
Min 1-2 years in practice.

Beautiful sunny office with ample space to work in.
