Team Member
Floraland is a small floral boutique located in the city of Alhambra. We specialize in custom orders, weddings, events, and installations. We�re looking to expand our team with an individual that is dedicated, creative, open-minded, detail oriented, and has passion in working with florals and people.
A team member should be creative and possess an exceptional attention to detail. They should have an understanding of current art styles, trends, and visual aesthetics.
What You�ll Do:
Work alongside with other designers
Learn how to design floral arrangements
Prioritize customer satisfaction while taking floral orders in person and over the phone
Increase team productivity by assisting designers and arranging original floral designs
Keep the workspace clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing.
Tend to indoor plants
Assist with content creation (taking and posting photos/videos)
Be comfortable standing on your feet for up to 8hours at a time
Be able to lift 25lbs+
Cleaning buckets
Disinfecting tools
What You�ll Need:
Problem solver with a growth mindset
Organization: Must be organized to keep on top of multiple orders and complicated projects/events.
Patience: Learning the ins and outs of the floral industry takes time, and patience!
Creativity!
Experience in floral industry is a HUGE plus
Experience in customer service or retail is also a plus
