We are currently seeking high-energy, passionate, and goal-oriented individuals who have a love for fitness, teamwork, and having fun in an exciting work environment! We are a new Indoor Cycling franchise in Bee Cave, TX that promotes personal growth, health, and community in those who love to have fun in fitness! Our CBXs deliver an exceptional CycleBar experience and helps drive daily sales.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Provide top of the line service to new and existing riders
-Execute membership sales for new riders; includes lead prospecting, follow-ups, and closing sales
-Previous sales experience is not required, but must be enthusiastic about learning and developing sales skills
-Work collaboratively with studio management and franchise owners
-Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, community engagement events) to promote club
-Assist riders with adjusting their bike settings, explain how to use bikes and class format
-Must be able to move bikes, and perform minor bike maintenance
-Must be willing to clean CycleTheater, Bathrooms, Lobby, etc.
-Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
Qualifications:
-At least 16 years of age
-Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in membership and retail
-Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
-Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn/use Club Ready software system
-Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule, including some holidays, early-morning and weekend availability
Benefits:
-$15 per hour + commission on membership and retail sales
