What does a game master do?
� Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running/game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post- game experience).
� Reset games after they have been played
� Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
� Up-sell games and merchandise to customers
� Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers
� Maintain safety standards
� Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards
� Standing for extended periods
General Characteristics
� Outgoing and confident with good communication skills.
� Welcome guests with a warm welcome, smile, and positive attitude.
� Flexibility for hours worked with weekend availability.
� Must be able to stand, stoop and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift.
� Fun and friendly.
� Basic computer operation with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
� Able to multitask; able to manage high pressure situations.
� Good initiative; does tasks that need doing without needing prompting.
� Able to work within a team; a good team player.
