Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar offers a fun environment, fast paced atmosphere, flexible scheduling and provides a selection of free pre/post shift meals. No experience necessary...we'll provide the training for you to be successful! At Shuckin� Shack, we work as a team and when help is needed, we all jump in. Line Cooks will be asked to help the Dishwasher and Prep Cooks at various times to maintain the quality, consistency, and timeliness of our menu to our guests. Job Duties:

Produce the highest quality products for our guests every shift.
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Shuck oysters and clams as needed.
Utilize proper pot sink set up with wash, rinse, and sanitize to clean and sanitize dishes and platters
Utilize dish machine where one is present to wash and/or sanitize dishes and platters
Sweep and mop floors as needed, directed, or as outlined for closing procedures
Assist Prep Cook as directed and/or needed
