Swim Instructor
Who are we looking for?
We are a close-knit team that believes in delivering amazing experiences for all of our swimmers and their families. An ideal candidate would be a dynamic, fun-loving individual who wants to spend time playing in the water at work. We are looking for individuals who want to add to the fun!
Past Experience:
There is no one way to make a great swim instructor, but the ideal candidate loves to work with kids. Applicants with the following on their resume: 2+ years professional experience with kids, a background in competitive swimming,a current Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certification are highly considered. A LOVE for children and the water is a must!
6 months MINIMUM experience as a swim instructor at another organization or private lesson company.
Compensation:
We start our instructors at $15hr. Once they pass through our training program they are bumped up to $16/hr. All of our raises are based on the number of kids you teach. After you teach 2500 kids, you are eligible for monthly profit-sharing bonuses!
