Accounts Receivable Oversight
Accounts Payable Oversight
Collections (stage 1 and 2 collections; setting up payment plans; monitoring)
Daily Bank Reconcilations
Financial Statements for Clients (monthly)
Generating and Running Specific reports in database
Our database is specific to our clients and you will be trained fully on our system. However, you should be able to type, be familiar with a keyboard, understand google sheets and excel very well, and have working knowledge of other accounting software.
You should have familiarity reading other financial reports such as:
profit and loss statements
Income and expense statements
balance sheets
Outstanding checks
30-60-90 delinquency reports
Aging reports
Collections reports
Account ledgers
You should be able to perform journal entries and reversals. We perform modified accural accounting, so experience with accurals is important.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and friendly attitude at all times! Must be able to work in a high paced environment where homeowners can become emotional about their accounts. It's our job to stay polite, positive, and friendly at all costs when managing our client accounts as their homes are very personal and their most valuable asset.
Hours can be flexible and negotiable to accommodate the right candidate.
There is the possibility that this will become a full-time role, or a second part-time person may be added in the future. We will accommodate the right candidate and needs to make for a great team.
