Our booming startup is looking to move away from agencies and develop our in-house marketing team. This is a great opportunity to start with a respected luxury brand quickly making its mark in the beauty space.

Specific Accountabilities

• Manage all company social media pages through Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Google with brand consistency
• Create engaging (and creative!) content for social media, email, website, and other digital platforms
• Run digital ads through Facebook, Instagram, Google and more
• Manage day-to-day messaging and monitoring across all social channels
• Launch weekly email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo email system
• Assist with campaign brainstorming
• Analyze social media results to gauge the success of campaigns
• Reach out to influencers and brands to set up potential collaborations

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of creating images, photos and videos for email and social platforms
• Experience managing social media business accounts required
• Experience running Facebook ads and Google Ads preferred
• Some public relations knowledge and/or experience preferred
• Proficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• Proficient presentation skills, including public speaking i.e communicating confidently with team members
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and e-mail. Ability to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology
• Excellent time and project management skills
