Social Media Influencer
Social Media Influencer

Part-Time to Full Time based on your schedule, but at least 4 hours a day.

The social media influencer will have at least a High School diploma or be preparing to graduate in 2022, have acting and/or public speaking experience from school, public or private life. The prime candidate will have a desire to be in front of the camera for the purposes of informing the public about Danger Aware, our programs, projects, contests, products, asking for donations, etc. We will start slow with pre-recorded spots and programs, but as we grow, we will want to have weekly eCasts (podcast, videocast, FutureCAST?) and possibly even live commentary concerning abuse videos, or escape from abuse videos, and our own videos, interviews with popular people involved in abuse recovery and prevention, although, we seem to be the first to provide a location specifically for the potential victim so that they do not become victims.
The prime candidate will have writing skills and the ability to communicate with the very young. They will be confident in their ability to learn to produce Danger Aware approved comments and statements for their eCasts and for others as well when needed.
Some office work, and secretarial duties will be involved, as well as group sessions for ideas, cartoons, videos, games, contests, etc. The main focus will be on producing internet materials for the Donation and Marketing departments.
The applicant should have basic computer skills, MS Office 365 a plus, video editing, image editing, artistic skills, a knowledge of music, knowledge of social media sites and the requirements and restrictions for posting on each so that appropriate material can be produced. A willingness to learn and take instruction and suggestions from many people.

We are not requiring that the applicant already have ALL of these skills, as we are willing to train for those skills that we require, but the desire to be in front of the world on the Internet, TV and Radio is a must. Also, a willingness to work to help prevent abuse, understanding that we will be working with and speaking with those who were already victims, and/or perpetrators of abuse as well as those who prevented abuse successfully, exposed grooming for abuse or had the courage to say "No!". Some of whom we may be doing live interviews with.
