Shift Leader
Ben & Jerry's Cambridge seeks experienced Shift Leaders to work in both our Harvard Square and Porter Square Shops. We're looking for people who want to grow in the position and learn how to run a business.
Applicants must have at least 1-year restaurant experience, have lead staff, and been a key holder. Candidates must be passionate about customer service.
All hires are guaranteed at least $17/hour to start. Based on performance, as you take on more responsibility, your hourly rate will also increase. Shift Leaders can make as much as $22-$23/hour (tips included).
We seek candidates who want a meaningful part-time job of 3-4 shifts (20-25 hours) per week.
