Located in the heart of downtown Fond du Lac�s North Main Street Historic District looking to hire 5 to 7 part time bartenders and one full time bar manager. Looking for the best in the hospitality industry with a high level of energy to join our team.
This establishment will serve high quality and unique plates to our guests. We aim to provide an unbeatable ambiance, featuring attentive staff to compliment our tasteful dining execution. The menu will feature fine dining fare as well as signature appetizers and desserts. The 150 seat restaurant is a two-level dining experience with full bar service on both floors. Service is available for dine in and private parties. An outdoor patio off the second floor will be open as weather permits. A dumbwaiter between our state of the art new kitchen and lower level bar will transport food, etc. to the upper level.
Position duties:
Present food and drink selections to customers
Provide consistent upselling using strong knowledge of menu, motenial enhancements, and beverage pairings
Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and attention to detail
Serve all guests using restaurant service standards for consistency
Approach tables consistently throughout the dining experience and maintain two minute check back standards
Monitor and observe dining experiences throughout the restaurant
Work to accommodate special requests, dietary restrictions, and modifications to ensure success
Maintain dining room and table appearance
Open and close restaurant following standard operating procedures
